Here is a perfectly normal shot of the rocking chair in our livingroom. The back room, or piano room leading into the kitchen look perfectly normal, as well. This shot was taken for control purposes, and the time was mid-day.
The purpose of this exercize is to demonstrate that once the camera is unfocused, we have had a tendency to capture more anomalies, many times, than when the camera is focused. (Of course there has to be activity in the area in the first place.)liSeveral (but not all) of the most interesting shots, on this site, were taken slightly out-of-focus.ck here to add your text.al
This shot was taken while I was advancing the film to the first shot, and so it was out-of-focus. The time is mid-day. Suddenly "things" start showing up, such as the interesting gray blob at the bottom of the photo. Also, behind the gap in the mostly-darkened curtain, one can see a neon, aquamarine blobbette floating in space. Above that, almost out of the shot, is a faded green blob. Where the keyboard should appear, there is some tan/gray ecto. We are still trying to figure out what the dynamics of this phenomenon are.
