Merlyn:Come on Tammy. It is time to go…

Tammy: I will be right there! I have to go before I can go in the car.

Merlyn: Good idea, I will go to the bathroom too!

Both cats are loaded in their individual caring cages
and loaded in the car.

Tammy: Merlyn, where are we going today?
I hope not back to that Dr. Matts. Where are we going?

Merlyn: I do not know. It will be a surprize.
Let's just wait and see.

Tammy: Look at all of those people in cars.
WOW!!

Merlyn: Yeah… WOW!!

Both cats arrive with Marty and Mary at their destination.
From the look of their surrounding areas, they see very tall
building and they see all kinds of animals in cages as well.

Tammy: Where are we?
I have never seen so many animals in my life.

Merlyn: I think we are at the zoo, but I could be wrong.

Tammy: How do you know what a zoo is?

Merlyn: I watched one on T.V. with Marty and Mary,
while you were sleeping.

Both cats have arrived at the zoo,

Merlyn:Come on Tammy. It is time to go…

but they had no idea that there was going
to be a picnic today at the zoo.

Tammy: I am glad to be out of that cage!
I do not like being caged up. Those poor animals,
especially those ones with the tall necks.

Merlyn: I agree Tammy with you about
being out of the cage. Tammy; That animal with
that tall neck is a giraffe.

Merlyn: What animal is that with the long ears
and look how big that one is? What is that long thing
on the end of its face?

Merlyn: Tammy, That animal is a mammal.
It is called an elephant, and that tall long hose is his nose.
It is called a trunk.

Tammy: Hey what is that large white animal playing
in the water? Cool, That animal can stand up on its back legs
.

Merlyn: That is a Polar Bear.
They get real big and live in the Arctic, or Alaska.

Tammy: What type of bird is that?
Look at those drumsticks. Mmmmmm..
They look good to eat.

Merlyn: Tammy, that is an Ostrich.
Those legs are so strong that they can run
to 35 to 40 miles per hour.
No way could you even try to get that leg for dinner.

Merlyn & Tammy saw so many animals at the zoo
that it would be a book to describe them.
They enjoyed their day an the trip ended just as it started.
